Interestingly, it is brought up in the Lua's Prey patch notes. What are Y'all's impressions, and have you experienced any notable bugs, so far?įunny thing is that reduced radius is not stated anywhere in-game, neither was it talked about in the devstream and it makes the ability just not do what it's supposed to. This caused Yareli, and my equipment, to completely vanish from the mission, along with all earned affinity, focus, etc. After about 7 seconds, I still couldn't do anything, so I tried swapping to my Operator/Drifter. While doing ESO, I was hit by a knockdown while riding Merulina. It's much more noticeable with weapons that have smaller magazines, as you're less likely to cast an ability before reloading after experiencing whatever the trigger is.Įdit: An additional bug that I have just encountered.

It could also be related to knockdowns, or it could be some sort of interaction with Arcane Pistoleer. In addition to the bug that causes knockdowns (while riding merulina) to lock her from doing anything aside from move for ~5 seconds, which was re-introduced at some point before Lua's Prey there now appears to be an interaction going on while riding Merulina that prevents reloading your sidearm until you cast an ability. I've seen a few examples of gamebreaking bugs, but have only personally experienced one new bug. I'm still probably going to subsume it for Gloom, but it at least now provides some use outside of low level missions. I see where the change to her passive and Riptide are useful, but I personally see little benefit from the passive change (as I'm constantly tapping my strafe keys to the beat of music) and feel like Riptide, while now a decent, albeit expensive defensive grouping tool, is still a bit too slow to use particularly often for mobile blasting.

Merulina, with the 4 seconds of damage immunity, now allows Yareli to maintain 100% uptime on damage immunity (4 seconds when mounting, 1 second when dismounting) basically the reason Rhino cannot re-cast Iron Skin but it locking her momentum and preventing her from shooting while mounting/dismounting makes it annoying enough to spam that that particular use case is more for emergencies rather than general use. Sea Snares applying the damage multiplier through CC immunity (and overguard) is very nice, and is now a solid, cheap way to help shred tanky enemies. I quite like the changes to Merulina and Sea Snares.
